Maybe I’m too quick to vote-kick, but in GTA Online I regularly vote to kick players who are clearly griefing — blowing up MC sales, destroying CEO crates, or just randomly killing people across the map. But most of the time, nothing happens. These players just keep going, ruining the session for everyone.
I’m guessing it’s because kicking requires a majority vote (maybe 51%?), but it still surprises me how few people seem to care or even know the feature exists. In a full public lobby, you'd think people would band together to kick someone who's clearly trolling — especially when they’re targeting businesses or freemode events.
Do most players not know how to vote-kick in GTA? Or do they just not want to bother? Personally, I’d rather clean up the session than waste time chasing a jet griefer around the city.
Curious to hear how others deal with this. Do you just ignore them, retaliate, or switch lobbies?
