Huge update just dropped — Sony has officially locked in the release date for Ghost of Yōtei on PS5, and it’s set to launch on [insert release date here]! To go along with the announcement, they’ve released a fresh new trailer — and honestly, it looks next-level.
From what we can see, the game builds on the cinematic flair that made Ghost of Tsushima a fan favorite, but this time with a darker, more mythical vibe. The snowy setting around Mount Yōtei looks absolutely gorgeous on the PS5 — serious photo mode potential!
Noticed a few cool things in the trailer: there's a new spirit companion (fox? wolf?), some slick-looking combat additions, and what appears to be a grappling system for more vertical exploration. Looks like they're really expanding on the core formula in all the right ways.
