WhatsApp is coming out with a new feature that is mostly available to beta testers only for now. This feature will show the user profile picture of anyone sending them a message via WhatsApp in their iOS notifications. This applies to both regular messages or group messages.
The feature might be useful for some people where they can now look at the profile pictures of the users so will give them a better understanding about where the message is coming from. The app utilizes APIs in iOS 15 to add the profile pictures along with the notifications to the screen. Its amazing that this feature wasn't available on Iphone as it has been available on android for quite some time now.
